After use, simply empty and rinse your Uribag, then fold it back into its tube. For longer-term storage, make sure it’s clean and completely dry before putting it away.
Yes. Uribag is available in separate models for both men and women. The women's model has been anatomically designed to provide a comfortable, secure and discreet fit.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please be advised that holidays may affect shipping times, as may typical peak sales periods.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 5 - 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hmpa@hmpa.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your Uribag arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
